Matthew Greenlaw (Sebastien Trenet)

"Matthew is now in his fifth year of  acting professionally, and they say if you can last five you can last ten. Emigrating from Scotland as a youngster but growing up in Oz, he can put on a mean Scottish accent, cook the perfect haggis and also bodyboard and BBQ lamb.
Although now focusing on film and screen, Matthew has previously toured the Australian countryside extensively performing in musicals for children. It's this rounded experience that has shaped him into a hard-working, confident actor. 
With credits in Home & Away, Howzat: Kerry Packer's War, Quiet Signs of Love and countless TVCs, Matthew is continuing to learn his craft by doing. This year he also began training in Meisner technique at The Actors Pulse, a journey into the imaginative world that is performance. "

Edana Jamora (Isobel Dupont)

Edana Isobel Jamora is an Actress and Writer.  Starting out at a young age in community theatre productions, Edana furthered her passion for performing within commercials, print, screen and film. 
Her exotic and quizzical appearance comes from being Eurasian, consisting of Filipino, Spanish, Portuguese, Macanese, French & Greek descent.
With training from renowned schools and respected industry professionals such as the National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA), Screenwise Acting School and Australian Director- Mark Piper amongst many others.
Edana also frequently travels to Los Angeles, CA and acquires additional training with Amy Lyndon and Edana’s personal friend Margie Haber who has cultivated and taught many Hollywood stars such as Brad Pitt, Halle Berry, Vince Vaughn and many others.
Always having love and appreciation for both creative fields of Acting and Writing, what better way to bring them together than by immersing into the world of screenwriting. Edana is tremendously fixated with human connection and intrigue, a common theme that follows through in her work making sure that classic meets current, together an eclectic creative fusion. 
Edana has been casted and selected in a series of national advertising TVC’S, modelling campaigns for print and media alongside her first break into film in John Duigan’s Feature Film – Careless Love.

Angus McGruther (Rene Dupont)

Angus was born and raised in Sydney, Australia. Since graduating from the University of Wollongong’s Performance program in 2006 he has worked in theatre, film and television in Australia and Europe. Angus is also an experienced presenter and voice over artist. Since 2008 Angus has split his time living and working between Sydney and Berlin. He speaks German and even has some Swedish up his sleeve.  Angus will appear as Taree in the tele-movie BELLA DILEMMA for ZDF Network, set to air later this year, and can be seen in the thriller BELA KISS: PROLOGUE, which was released theatrically across Germany in January 2013.

Michael Elbridge (Olivier)

Michael Elbridge grew up in the central west NSW country town of Cowra. After completing high school, Michael continued his learning by working the various industries the town could provide. In 2000, as an avenue to further his learning and to continue acquiring exciting new skills, Michael decided to pursue acting at the Australian Academy of Dramatic Art (AADA).
After graduating in 2003, Michael got accepted into TIE (Theatre in Education) where he toured 5 shows around Australia for the next two years. Upon returning to Sydney Michael has acted in theatre productions, appeared in many TV commercials, modelled for big brands, and played a number of challenging characters for short & feature films. 
During the past two years commencing in 2011, Michael has had the privilege of working with Opera Australia. He has taken part in the performance of several seasons productions theses include –Julie Taymor premiere of The Magic Flute, Gale Edwards’ acclaimed production of La Boheme and Salome, Aida and Turandot, choreographed by Graeme Murphy, Don Giovanni and ll trovatore by Matthew Barclay, and in Moffatt Oxenbould’s reinvented Japan of Madama Butterfly.
Michael continues to employ his inquisitive country heritage curiosity, with the cross platform of a prepared & disciplined artist; who's well able to meet any challenge presented to him.


Albert Goldingay (Grandpa Winston)

Jumped ship in Fremantle Australia 1969 a 10 pound immigrant from England. Always having been ambitious from a small child Albert wanted to be an actor.With a thick Birmingham accent he auditioned for the Independent Theatre School Sydney in 1970. Albert passed the audition and studied under a great Lady of theatre,Doris Fitton OBE for 3 years. Alberts first TV program after the school was Class Of 74, then went on to Sons and Daughters,  Richmond Hill, E Street and a few others. Albert has acted on stage for both drama and comedies throughout the years, having played both male and female characters. 
Albert has worked in front of the camera on over 10 films and has no plans to stop there. 



Cameron Ealey (Leopold)

Cameron Ealey is 10 years old and has been acting for 4 years.  He has appeared in school film productions, television 
(Home and Away, Politically Incorrect Parenting) and the feature film Wish You Were Here in 2012.  
He is learning the piano and plays trumpet in the school senior band but also likes just being a kid.


Jeannie Gee (Lady Marmon)

English born, Jeannie Gee trained at the Independent Theatre School in Sydney and continues to develop and hone her skills at every opportunity by participating in Acting workshops and Master Classes. She has performed in many theatrical productions - most recently; Cat On A Hot Tin Roof ; Cosi ; Bombshells;  Charitable Intent ; Equus; Goodnight Mrs. Puffin and Women Behind Bars.  Her performance in the 2012 Short & Sweet Festival also won her a place in the People’s Choice Finals and she will shortly be performing in The Vagina Monologues at the Seymour Centre, as part of V-Day 2013
Despite working behind the scenes in the Film & TV Industry for over two decades, she only stepped in front of the camera in recent years but, she has already added a number of TV commercials, short films and a music clip to her resume. Jeannie is also a trained clown (a.k.a. Dottie); working specifically with special needs children, through Variety, The Children’s Charity, where she also serves on two committees.


Mark Child (Baker Boy 1)

Mark Child is an up and coming actor with 'Isobel and The Patissier'  to be his first appearance on screen.
Mark has come from an all-Australian background, growing up in small towns across the country.
Starting out in the building industry and owning his own construction company, Mark has achieved his business goals and is excited for a change of direction. 
Currently based in Sydney, Mark is exploring both the music and film industries. With a love for both of these he is passionate for DJ'ing and is currently studying acting at the National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA) Sydney.

After travelling to both Europe and the United States over the last 2 years, Mark is more eager  than ever and has big plans for the future.


James Graham (Baker Boy 2)

James has appeared on stage and screen. He studied acting at the Actors College of Theatre and Television. For him Acting has been a lifelong pursuit. It began with Marian Street Drama School when he was nine. He draws on both Stanislavski and Eric Morris technique in his acting. He has been involved in projects with Dural and Willoughby Musical Societies. His theatre and film credits include Eyes to the Floor, Pearl Harbour, Macbeth, The Department, Poetry in Motion, Underbelly Razor, and A Midsummer Night’s Dream. James is excited about being a part of a team of incredibly talented people for filming Isobel and the Patissier.


Barbara Gouskos (Florist)

Barbara Gouskos is best known for her Television appearance as “Helen Bordino” in the popular series Heartbreak High, other performances include East West 101, All Saints, Home & Away, White Collar Blue, Water Rats etc.. Her film credits include Mushrooms and various Short Films the latest being Aquarium (was Fish Out of Water) part of The Asian American International Film Festival in New York and Japanese Film Festival Sydney & Blind Date awaiting release, more recently now a short film, She Loves me She loves me Not awaiting release. As well as acting, Barbara has worked behind the camera, as co-producer and production manager on a variety of Short Films. 
Her Stage credits include Night Journeys for Takeaway Theatre, She Loves me, She loves me not, Shakespeare by the Sea, Alex & Eve & The Negotiating Table for Bulldog Theatre and The Show Must Go On….Takeaway Theatre’s 20 year Gala Production, Someday Suddenly for Tunks Productions and PROXY for Liber Theatrum.


Marty Rhone (Flower Cart Man)

During an illustrious career as an actor and singer Rhone has performed with and in front of some of the biggest names in entertainment. From the Rolling Stones to Yul Brynner; the Bee Gees, John Denver, Peter Allen and performed on stage in front of De Niro, Hoffman, Burt Reynolds, Sally Field, the late Princess Grace of Monaco, the late King Hussein of Jordon and the British Royal family.
Most recently he has played roles as diverse as ‘God’ (with a British accent), a Chinese shopkeeper, an overseer (with American accent). His mixed parentage enables him to be considered for most nationalities from European to Asian to American. He is also adept at many accents having played 3 different nationalities in his past 3 roles.
In recent times Rhone has moved into the film genre and is compiling an impressive catalogue of performances; the latest being his portrayal of the fugitive assassin Henry in the short film Snowmen and Master Long in the competition winning ‘Marble’. 
Performances as diverse as ‘The King & I’ with the late Yul Brynner at the London Palladium, Godspell, Machiavelli’s La Mandragola, Jack the Ripper, winner of the ‘Outstanding Performance Award at the World Popular Song Festival in Tokyo. Tours with Randy Crawford, Petula Clark, KC & the Sunshine Band and MC for Pope John II Youth Rally in front of 40,000. Whether it’s acting, or singing, this guy has done it all and with great panache. 


Daniel Bunton (Milkman)

Daniel got his start as an actor at a casting session in downtown Hong Kong, they were looking for actors who looked like children of the French revolution, competition was light. Upon finishing high school he continued his study of acting at C3 College, where he gained a taste for film. He has now written and directed a small but growing number of short films. Daniel has performed a broad range of roles across many Sydney and Hong Kong stages, he enjoys the challenges that each one brings.


Samantha King (Waitress)

Samantha was born in Perth, WA and raised on the North-West coast of Tasmania. 
She loved performing as a youngster, starting dancing at the age of 7 and modeling from the age of 14.
Of course studying Drama in years 7-12, and participating in musicals and several productions in high school, college and at her local dance studio, she has always had ambitions to be a successful Actress.
Samantha moved to Melbourne in 2008, studied Interior Design and TV presenting, modelled, and started Acting professionally as an extra and in TVC's. She then made the move to Sydney in December 2011, and Graduated the Showreel course at Screenwise in November 2012. She now models full-time in Sydney and is working towards realising her Acting dreams.
